Udyam Registration is the government's online registration process for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). It replaced the Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum system. Registration is free, paperless, and based on self-declaration. Classification: Micro (investment ≤₹1 Cr, turnover ≤₹5 Cr), Small (investment ≤₹10 Cr, turnover ≤₹50 Cr), Medium (investment ≤₹50 Cr, turnover ≤₹250 Cr).
Visit Udyam Registration portal → Enter Aadhaar number and verify with OTP → Fill in business details: name, type, address, bank details → Provide investment and turnover details → Select NIC code for business activity → Submit and get Udyam Registration Certificate
