About the Scheme

PMKVY is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE). It provides skill training to youth across India through Short Term Training (STT), Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), and Special Projects. The scheme offers monetary rewards to candidates on successful completion and certification. Over 4 crore youth have been trained under PMKVY since its launch.
